1. Only accept claims that prove that the defect or damaging the tire resulting from manufacturing defects and does not accept claims where the defect or damage issues due to the misuse.
2- Evaluate malfunctions and defects are by our technicians or persons authorized by us after careful examination of Tires.
3- Damaging non-compensation:
A – Malfunction tires resulting from misuse and poor storage.
B – The use of the framework for a longer period of life for the main part.
C – A tire that had already been repaired or retreaded.
D – Damage issues arising from poor weight and Alignment, defective brakes, packing incorrect, overloading, oils and chemical accidents and fire.
E – Damage issues caused by road accidents.
